I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Y2 Residence Hotel Managed By Hii. The location was ideal, just a short walk to malls and restaurants, and the spacious living area in my suite made my visit truly comfortable. The rooftop pool had a stunning view, a perfect spot for relaxation!

The overall condition of the place is a letdown. The kitchen showed signs of neglect with cockroaches making an appearance, and there was hair left on the shower tiles. The elevators are painfully slow, adding unnecessary frustration to the experience, especially given the hotel's size. the WiFi only worked well in the reception area, leaving most of the hotel disconnected. The food provided as part of the stay was bland and far from appetizing, leading to many uneaten meals.

the hotel was super clean and spacious, and we loved the buffet breakfast! it had so many options like filipino food, rice, and adobo. the pool at the penthouse level was amazin with a great view of the city! the staff was friendly and made the stay even better. plus, its location was really convenient, close to malls and places to eat.
had some issues with the air conditioning in our room and the tv remote didn't work.
